Switching Hub

Using our Switching Hub enables you to offer call and reachability management as an additional service to your existing customers or establish an own switching service for your company or organization.

There are three ways to connect or link your own service or infrastructure to our Switching Hub:

  1. We will provide you special dial-in phone numbers and you redirect your own phone numbers onto them.
  2. You will order international phone numbers and link them to the Switching Hub.
  3. You deliver calls to our Switching Hub via SIP.

Using our Switching Hub your users (staff or customers) will be able to define rules for their incoming calls based on the called number, the caller (if the calling line id was presented) and the current time. According to these rules incoming calls will be forwarded to other numbers or the voicemail system.

There are two ways for call termination:

  1. We will route outgoing calls thou our own network and linked providers using white and premium routes.
  2. We will deliver all outgoing calls to your own infrastructure via SIP.
